Where to Camp Depending on Experiance Level

Where you camp is very important, depending on you and your family or group you going with's "style".  If you are a more of a luxurious type of lifestyle, or even a first time camper, then a KOA is a good place to camp.  If your camping group would prefer a more "nature-filled" trip, then you might want to go to a National Park camping site.  They will have a more nature experience.  They usually have no luxury type extras.

About Campsites like KOA

Campistes like a KOA or any other big chain campgrounds, they will usually have pools, cabins, or play grounds and other luxiory features.  All these are not bad elements, but theyre fun extras for kids or just a once in a while fun campsite to go to and relax for the ezperoanced campers.  If your a first time camper, you may want to visit these sites to start off with, to get the feel.  Then as you get more experiance, then you can go to more plain campsites mainly desinged to tougjht it out in the woods for a while.

About Campsites like National Parks

If you and your camping group likes to be outdoors, then, I would sugest you go to National Parks camping sites or any of the family owned comapnys that are not chain camp sites and you'll only find them within that town.  Usually thoes won't have cabins or pools, depending on the site.  Depending on where you go in the US, you and your camping group will have different experiances.  Out west (where in my opinion have the best camping) there are some fantastic sites.  Out there, theres very nature filled camping.  Sometimes on the road you can even see wild life.
